HOW TO EXCHANGE AND RETURN

We offer return or exchange within 3 business days from the receiving of your order on all online purchase. We understand that pictures are not always the best way to evaluate glass. You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

In store purchases are all final sales. If you visited our gallery and the piece you selected doesn’t fit the place you had in mind, you can still exchange it for store credit or a different product.

Contact us and we will provide a step by step guide to initiate a return or exchange process.

REFUND

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Custom-made artworks commissioned online or in store are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Shipping and insurance costs are always non-refundable.

Any return, exchange or refund has to be agreed. We will not accept not agreed return shipment.

Customers are always responsible for the integrity of the returned product/shipment.
