DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, what time you make your purchase and item availability. All available items are shipped usually in 3-5 working days. Shipping time for not available or custom-made products will be defined at the moment of the purchase.

Shipping costs depends on destination, weight and volume of the parcel. Shipping costs are always defined before the checkout.

On selected items or destinations, we periodically offer free shipping.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive email updates on the status of your order. Tracking information will be sent to you as soon as the shipment leaves our gallery.

RESTRICTIONS

We try to reach all corners of the earth from MPI. If there are any delivery restrictions on your address, you will see them at the time of purchase.

SPLIT ORDERS

If possible, your order will be dispatched in one single shipment. If this isn’t possible, we'll let you know by email which items you will receive in each shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SALES

Orders shipped to countries outside of the EU (Schengen Area) may be subjected to import taxes and customs duties, usually collected by shipping companies on behalf of the government of your country. From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment, however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.

Customers, with a delivery address outside of the EU (Schengen Area), won’t pay sales taxes neither in store sales or on online purchases.

We will provide any information or help needed if requested.

TRANSPORTATION INSURANCE AND DAMAGES

We have a lot of years of experience in packing and safe delivering our products. Each shipment sent out from us is covered by transportation insurance. Insurance cover only damages occurred during transportation and not during the unboxing. Take your time, follow our directions and you will find the unpacking process fun and easy.

We will accept damage claims within 3 days from the delivery of the shipment. If you are not able to verify the integrity of the products in that period of time you should warn us ahead.

In the unfortunate case that damage has occurred during transportation, contact us and we will provide a step by step guide to initiate a return or exchange process.
